About this painting: This is one of my favorite paintings of all time. It is everything I hope for when I paint. Open. Free. Expressive. Emotional. Symbolic. Painterly. Uninhibited. Pure. Sweet rabbits. In the blue. This piece is on a gallery wrapped canvas and the image continues around the sides, so no framing is needed. This piece is part of the Six Colors series. I used just six colors of paint to create a unique and moving suite of 20 original paintings. You can see them all here. These pieces look great together in groupings!
