About this painting:  Thoughts and feelings, thoughts and feelings.  Equally troublesome.  Equally challenging.  Unavoidable.  Too often at odds.  I think true power lies in the ability to bring both the mind and the heart on board, heading towards a single dream.  Or maybe it is the ability to set them both aside entirely and operate on deeper knowing?  I have no idea.  But I really like this painting.  More and more each time I see it.  This is one of those sleeper pieces.
