About this painting: How hard is it to stay positive these days? But we must. Be determined. Like this dove. Always looking toward the light. Toward hope. Never giving in to desperation. Have faith. Many of the lines on this dove are three dimensional ridges. I "drew" the dove by pushing paint with my fingers into the lines that you see.
